A 5 hour, one day, fully online course for school heads, principals and deans interested in sustaining flexible learning in their institutions by considering a Comprehensive Flexible Learning Implementation Plan (CFLIP) developed by e2 Consulting. The course shall cover Flexible Learning Basics and CFLIP Orientation, Creation of a CFLIP Management Team, Strategic Planning for Flexible Learning Initiatives, and Resource Planning for CFLIP Initiatives.
