A one term e-mentoring of faculty members teaching STEM courses in Senior High Schools.
A 4 week (6 hours F2F, 6 hours OL per week) hybrid face to face and online mentoring of teams of 3 teachers (triad) of the Senior High School Calculus course intended to improve their competency and teaching methods to successfully deliver the intended learning outcomes to their students. A dedicated e-mentor shall be assigned to each triad.
